Jennifer Diamond preparing fresh whole-food, plant-based ingredients in her kitchen.

Hi, I’m Jennifer Diamond.

Life has a funny way of taking us places we never expected to go.

Years ago, I was simply trying to feel better. I was asking questions, reading everything I could get my hands on, trying different things, making plenty of mistakes, and learning one small lesson at a time. Looking back, I never could have imagined that those little steps would eventually lead to creating recipes, making YouTube videos, writing books, and meeting so many wonderful people along the way.

These days you’ll often find me in my kitchen trying a new recipe, dancing around the house while my blender is running, or sharing something I’ve been learning that I think might help someone else. I’m still curious. I’m still learning. And honestly, I hope I always will be.

Becoming a Certified Plant-Based Nutrition Coach gave me knowledge, but life has been my greatest teacher. Every recipe, video, book, and recommendation I share comes from things I’ve tried, lessons I’ve learned, and a genuine desire to make healthy living feel a little less overwhelming and a little more enjoyable.

If something here encourages you to try a new recipe, ask a new question, or simply reminds you that you don’t have to figure everything out alone, then this little corner of the internet is doing exactly what I hoped it would.

My Story (part of it)…

I don’t think anyone grows up thinking, “One day I’m going to spend my time talking about vegetables on the internet.” I know I certainly didn’t.

Life had other plans.

Over the years I’ve found myself learning firsthand about chronic sinusitis, pituitary adenomas, small fiber neuropathy, colorectal cancer, and more doctor’s appointments than I ever would have chosen. None of those chapters were ones I would have written for myself, but each one taught me something about resilience, curiosity, and how to never give up on looking for answers.

What started as a very personal search for better health slowly became something much bigger. The more I learned, the more I wanted to share. One recipe turned into another. A few videos became a YouTube channel. One conversation led to another, and before I knew it, this incredible community had grown into something I treasure every single day.

The truth is, I haven’t figured it all out. I’m still learning. I’m still healing. I’m still asking questions and trying new things. That’s one of the reasons I love sharing this journey with you. We don’t have to have all the answers to keep moving forward. Sometimes the next small step is enough.

Looking back, I’m grateful that one person’s search for answers became a place where so many of us can keep learning, encouraging one another, and growing together.

What I Believe

Healthy living should add to your life, not take it over.

I think it should help you enjoy it more.

I’ve learned that food can be incredibly powerful, but so are laughter, friendships, movement, fresh air, curiosity, and taking time to appreciate the little moments that make life beautiful. Healthy habits shouldn’t feel like a list of rules. They should help you feel more like yourself.

I also don’t believe perfection has much to offer us. I’ve burned recipes, changed my mind, started over more times than I can count, and learned that small steps taken consistently usually matter far more than trying to change everything overnight.

One of the things I love most about food is that it can be both nourishing and joyful. I never want healthy eating to feel like punishment or deprivation. Some of my favorite meals are also the simplest, and I think sharing good food with people we care about is one of life’s greatest gifts.

More than anything, I hope I never stop being curious. Curiosity has introduced me to new ideas, new friendships, and new ways of looking at health and life. It reminds me that we don’t have to know everything. We just have to stay open, keep learning, and be willing to take the next step.
