This vibrant green smoothie is your new go-to for a refreshing, nutrient-dense boost. Featuring moringa, pineapple, banana, and leafy greens, it’s loaded with antioxidants, fiber, and plant-based protein—perfect for jumpstarting your day. Chia seeds add staying power, while ginger or turmeric (optional but recommended!) offer anti-inflammatory benefits. Blended with unsweetened soy or almond milk, it’s smooth, satisfying, and naturally sweet with no added sugar.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened Soy Milk or Almond Milk

  • 1 frozen Banana

  • ½ cup frozen Pineapple Chunks

  • 1 handful Spinach or Kale

  • 1 tbsp Moringa leaves and stem

  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds

    Optional: a small knob of ginger or turmeric. 

Directions

  • Blend everything together until smooth.

  • Pour into your favorite glass or jar.

  • Sip and enjoy!
