Here’s a dressing that goes with just about everything.

This is one of those recipes I find myself making again and again because it’s simple, fresh, and brings so much flavor to everyday meals. The creamy tahini, bright lemon, and hint of maple create a dressing that’s just as delicious over a salad as it is drizzled on grain bowls or roasted vegetables. I usually make a little extra because it never seems to last very long in my refrigerator.
