Moringa Green Smoothie
It’s like a fresh start served in a glass.
This is one of those smoothies I come back to again and again because it’s simple, refreshing, and keeps me feeling satisfied. The pineapple and banana add just the right amount of natural sweetness, while the moringa and leafy greens blend in beautifully without taking over the flavor. If I’m in the mood, I’ll add a little fresh ginger or turmeric for an extra layer of warmth. It’s an easy way to start the day or enjoy a nourishing afternoon pick-me-up.

Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened Soy Milk
1 frozen Banana
½ cup frozen Pineapple Chunks
1 handful Spinach or Kale
1 tbsp Moringa leaves and stem
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
Optional: a small knob of ginger or turmeric.
