Ingredients

For the Salad:

  • 1/2 cup fresh or dried Moringa leaves

  • 1 small nub fresh Ginger, sliced

  • Lemon or Lime wedge for taste

Directions

  • Gently clean moringa leaves.

  • Add ginger to 2 cups water and boil for 8 minutes.

  • Turn off heat and add fresh or dried moringa leaves.

  • Steep as long as desired 10 minutes to several hours. 

  • Add a slice of lemon or lime.

  • Enjoy!
