Ingredients
For the Salad:
1/2 cup fresh or dried Moringa leaves
1 small nub fresh Ginger, sliced
Lemon or Lime wedge for taste
Directions
Gently clean moringa leaves.
Add ginger to 2 cups water and boil for 8 minutes.
Turn off heat and add fresh or dried moringa leaves.
Steep as long as desired 10 minutes to several hours.
Add a slice of lemon or lime.
